1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the employee experience through HR processes and systems.
2. Lead and manage a team dedicated to improving HR processes and systems to enhance organizational effectiveness.

9. Communicate updates and progress on process optimization initiatives to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for HR technology and process optimization, providing guidance and support to HR team members across the organization.
