  1. Develop and manage clinical trial budgets on a global scale, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company financial guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and forecast budget needs for clinical trials.
  3. Monitor and track clinical trial expenses to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Communicate budget updates and variances to stakeholders and provide recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical budget development and management.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to clinical trial budgeting.
  8. Train and mentor team members on budget development processes and procedures.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline budget development and management processes.
  10. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of clinical trial expenses.
  11. Prepare and present budget reports to senior management.
  12. Represent the company in budget-related meetings with external partners and vendors.
  13. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new vendors and partners for budget development and management.
  14. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all budget-related activities.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of budget development and management strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Budget Development, Preferably In A Global Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, Particularly In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Negotiate Favorable Terms With Vendors.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
