- Lead and manage finance transformation projects to drive significant improvements in finance operations and processes within the global pharmaceutical company
- Develop and implement strategic plans to streamline and optimize finance processes, systems, and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Conduct thorough analyses and provide recommendations for enhancing financial performance and efficiency
- Monitor and track progress of transformation initiatives, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to support transformation initiatives and drive successful project outcomes
- Communicate and present project updates, recommendations, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for transformation efforts
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve and evolve finance operations
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the finance transformation team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. A Higher Degree Such As An Mba Is Preferred.
At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Finance Transformation, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Implementation And Process Improvement.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems, Data Analysis, And Process Optimization Techniques.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry And Related Regulations, As Well As Experience In Managing Financial Operations In A Global Organization.
