- Develop and implement strategic HR plans and initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the Medical Affairs and Value and Evidence departments.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR issues and challenges, and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage and advise on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying training needs, developing training programs, and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, and support the resolution of conflicts and disputes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
- Lead and support various HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive business success.
- Communicate and promote AbbVie's mission, vision, and values to all employees, and serve as a role model for the company's culture and behaviors.
A Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Medical Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Affairs And Value And Evidence Processes And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience In Managing And Developing A Team.
