We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manager, Business HR to join our team and support our Medical Affairs and Value and Evidence departments.   1. Develop and implement strategic HR plans and initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the Medical Affairs and Value and Evidence departments.
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR issues and challenges, and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
  4. Manage and advise on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
  5. Drive a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying training needs, developing training programs, and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  6. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, and support the resolution of conflicts and disputes.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  9. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
  11. Lead and support various HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive business success.
  12. Communicate and promote AbbVie's mission, vision, and values to all employees, and serve as a role model for the company's culture and behaviors.

Job Qualifications
  • A Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Medical Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Affairs And Value And Evidence Processes And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience In Managing And Developing A Team.
