We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead for Real World Evidence (RWE)/Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Pipeline Strategy. Develop and implement the RWE/HEOR and pipeline strategy for AbbVie's innovative therapies.
Lead a team of RWE/HEOR professionals to conduct high-quality research and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of RWE/HEOR strategy with business objectives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on RWE/HEOR methodologies, providing guidance and insight to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze healthcare trends, policies, and regulations to inform RWE/HEOR strategy.
Identify and prioritize key research questions and data needs to support RWE/HEOR objectives.
Oversee the design and execution of RWE/HEOR studies, ensuring the use of rigorous methodologies and data sources.
Communicate RWE/HEOR findings and recommendations to internal and external audiences, including senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
Manage relationships with external vendors and collaborators to support RWE/HEOR initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in RWE/HEOR, and apply this knowledge to enhance AbbVie's approach.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the RWE/HEOR team.
Represent AbbVie at conferences, symposia, and other events to showcase our RWE/HEOR capabilities and thought leadership.
Drive the integration of RWE/HEOR insights into product development and commercialization strategies.
Maintain a strong focus on patient outcomes and access to treatment, ensuring that RWE/HEOR strategies support this mission.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and serve as a role model for the RWE/HEOR team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Real-World Evidence (Rwe) And Health Economics And Outcomes Research (Heor) Methodologies And Their Application In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Pipeline Strategy, Including Identifying Potential Market Opportunities, Conducting Competitive Analysis, And Creating Launch Plans.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Drug Development Process, Including Clinical Trial Design And Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Strategic Objectives.
