  1. Provide technical support: Responsible for providing technical support to internal teams, including troubleshooting issues, answering technical questions, and resolving IT-related problems.
  2. Maintain IT systems: Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and updating the company's IT systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.

  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and training materials, to ensure all employees have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  9. Ensure data security and privacy: Responsible for enforcing security protocols and procedures to protect the company's data and systems from potential threats.
  10. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall IT efficiency.
  11. Communicate effectively: Maintain clear and open communication with team members and management, providing updates on project progress and any potential issues or concerns.
  12. Adhere to company policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including IT security protocols, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In It Support And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Networks, And Software Applications.

  • Proven Experience In Implementing And Maintaining It Infrastructure Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
