  1. Act as a primary point of contact for healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in the field of hematology.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote AbbVie's hematology products.
  3. Provide educational and scientific support to healthcare professionals on AbbVie's hematology products.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field of hematology to effectively communicate and educate healthcare professionals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to increase awareness and adoption of AbbVie's hematology products.
  6. Conduct product presentations and trainings for healthcare professionals, utilizing effective communication and presentation skills.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges for AbbVie's hematology products.
  8. Represent AbbVie at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote awareness and education on hematology.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives.
  11. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities and interactions with healthcare professionals.
  12. Participate in company-sponsored training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  14. Travel to various locations as required to meet with healthcare professionals and attend conferences and events.
  15. Uphold AbbVie's values and represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Medical Technology, Biology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Or Healthcare Setting, Specifically In Hematology

  • Knowledge Of Hematology Diagnostic Equipment And Testing Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Key Stakeholders
