As the leader of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and achieving our business objectives.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure success.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and business development opportunities.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  6. Set and track sales targets, evaluate team performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry and the competitive landscape.

  9. Ensure the sales team is well-trained and equipped with the necessary resources to effectively promote and sell our products.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements and ensure the sales team adheres to them.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the sales team to drive motivation and productivity.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, techniques, and strategies to achieve better results.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and mission at all times.
  15. Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and collaborate on business strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Aesthetics Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Sales Team, With A Focus On Driving Revenue And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Aesthetics Market, Including Understanding Of Competition, Market Trends, And Customer Needs.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A High-Performing Sales Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field; Advanced Degree Preferred.
