  1. Develop and maintain global security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Monitor and analyze network traffic and security logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigation strategies.
  4. Manage and maintain security systems and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure a secure and resilient IT infrastructure.
  6. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats and trends, and proactively recommend strategies to mitigate risks.
  8. Train and educate employees on security awareness and best practices to promote a culture of security.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
  10. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the timely recovery of critical systems in the event of a security incident.
  11. Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient security operations.
  12. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement, to investigate and resolve security incidents.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of security controls and procedures.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to management on the state of security and any potential risks or incidents.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for security-related inquiries and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Security Administrator Role, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Company.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Various Security Systems, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Encryption Software.

  • Proven Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Security Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Regular Security Audits.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
