Lead and manage the Global Distribution and Contracting (GD&C) team to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.
Oversee and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for the GD&C team.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on financial decisions and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for financial improvement and implement solutions.
Monitor and analyze financial data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
Continuously assess and improve financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Communicate financial information and updates to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to finance.

Job Qualifications
