Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the procurement function and overall company goals.
Monitor and analyze financial performance of the procurement function, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and drive cost savings.
Collaborate with procurement team to develop and track key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with company objectives and targets.
Provide financial analysis and support for procurement initiatives, including contract negotiations, supplier selection, and cost reduction efforts.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the procurement function, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Identify and assess potential financial risks and opportunities within the procurement function, developing mitigation plans as needed.
Communicate financial results and insights to senior management, providing recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in finance and procurement, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
Knowledge Of Procurement Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
