Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business initiatives.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Monitor and communicate key financial metrics and variances to budget and forecast.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.
Participate in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Proactively identify risks and provide recommendations to mitigate financial impact.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting.
Assist in ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all financial analysis and reporting.
Continuously strive to improve processes and streamline financial operations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Financial Data
Experience With Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling
