  1. Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate reimbursement for AbbVie's rheumatology and dermatology therapies.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
  3. Stay up-to-date on insurance coverage policies and changes that may impact reimbursement for AbbVie's therapies.
  4. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing patient access to AbbVie's therapies.
  5. Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in reimbursement processes.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reimbursement support programs for patients.
  7. Provide training and support to sales teams on reimbursement processes and guidelines.
  8. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of reimbursement activities and outcomes.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement processes and guidelines for AbbVie's therapies.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to reimbursement and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Provide guidance and support to patients navigating the reimbursement process.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies that may impact reimbursement processes.
  13. Participate in conferences and events to represent AbbVie's reimbursement initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  14. Act as a leader and mentor for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  15. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all aspects of job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare, Business, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Reimbursement Or Market Access Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Reimbursement Policies And Procedures For Rheumatology And Dermatology Products

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Healthcare Providers And Payers

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Financial Management, Including Budget Planning And Forecasting.
