- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the New England area to achieve sales targets and drive business growth for our Specialty Eye Care division.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the sales team to help them develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a high level of engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the team operates within legal and ethical boundaries.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In The Specialty Eye Care Market.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Management And Leadership, With A Focus On Driving Results And Developing High-Performing Teams.
Thorough Understanding Of The Ophthalmology Market, Including Key Competitors, Industry Trends, And Reimbursement Landscape.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Business Plans To Achieve Sales Targets And Grow Market Share.
