In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to drive sales and achieve business objectives. As the District Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our GI Care products and making a positive impact in the lives of patients.   1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share for GI Care products.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Train and mentor sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  7. Monitor and manage expenses within the assigned district to ensure budget compliance.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights and provide input on product development and improvement.
  13. Prepare and present regular reports on district performance and sales results to upper management.
  14. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and operations to enhance overall district performance and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Sales, Marketing, Or Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Gi Care Market, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Products, Competitors, And Market Trends.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives Or Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans To Drive Business Growth.
