- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and growth of AbbVie's Dermatology products in the assigned district.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and market access to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.
- Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the district, and take appropriate actions to address them.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to promote AbbVie's Dermatology products and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct regular field visits to observe and provide feedback to the sales team, as well as to gather insights on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies within the district.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and tactics.
- Represent AbbVie at industry conferences, meetings, and other events to enhance the company's reputation and network with key stakeholders.
- Provide timely and accurate reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting district performance and areas for improvement.
