  1. Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and growth of AbbVie's Dermatology products in the assigned district.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and market access to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.
  4. Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the district, and take appropriate actions to address them.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to promote AbbVie's Dermatology products and increase brand awareness.
  7. Conduct regular field visits to observe and provide feedback to the sales team, as well as to gather insights on customer needs and competitor activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies within the district.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and tactics.
  10. Represent AbbVie at industry conferences, meetings, and other events to enhance the company's reputation and network with key stakeholders.
  11. Provide timely and accurate reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting district performance and areas for improvement.
  12. Continuously develop and enhance your own knowledge and skills in the areas of pharmaceutical sales, dermatology, and leadership.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Life Sciences Is Typically Required For This Role. A Degree In Dermatology Or A Related Field Is Preferred, But Not Mandatory.
