Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve the company's mission of providing the best possible care for patients.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success within the Dermatology division.
Ensure the team is aligned with the company's values and goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Set clear performance expectations for the team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them reach their full potential.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the dermatology community, including healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and actively participate in conferences and events to represent the company and network with key opinion leaders.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and compliance within the team.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on team performance, market trends, and key insights.
Continuously strive to improve processes and optimize resources for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie, promoting our values and commitment to putting patients first.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Dermatology: A District Manager, Dermatology At Abbvie Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Dermatology Or A Related Field. This Advanced Degree Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of The Field And Its Complexities.
Previous Experience In Dermatology Sales: A Strong Background In Sales, Specifically Within The Dermatology Industry, Is A Key Qualification For A District Manager At Abbvie. This Experience Will Provide A Solid Foundation In Understanding The Market, Products, And Competition.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A District Manager, This Role Will Require Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sales Representatives. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Motivating A Team To Achieve Sales Targets.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Dermatology Products: A Thorough Understanding Of Abbvie's Dermatology Products, Their Features, Benefits, And Competitive Advantages Is Essential For This Role. This Knowledge Will Enable The District Manager To Effectively Train And Support Their Team And Provide Valuable Insights To Clients.
