- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the design and execution of talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying and implementing training and development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify and address talent gaps and create targeted development plans for high potential employees.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as talent agencies and executive search firms, to attract top talent to the organization.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of talent management initiatives with other HR programs and company-wide initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management to drive innovation and ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to HR team members and other leaders, providing guidance on talent management best practices and helping to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Communicate with employees at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of talent development and ensure alignment with company values and goals.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Driving Results.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Talent Management Strategies And Best Practices, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Employee Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
