  1. Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead the design and execution of talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying and implementing training and development initiatives.
  4. Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify and address talent gaps and create targeted development plans for high potential employees.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as talent agencies and executive search firms, to attract top talent to the organization.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve processes.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of talent management initiatives with other HR programs and company-wide initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management to drive innovation and ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  9. Serve as a coach and mentor to HR team members and other leaders, providing guidance on talent management best practices and helping to develop their skills and capabilities.
  10. Communicate with employees at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of talent development and ensure alignment with company values and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Driving Results.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Talent Management Strategies And Best Practices, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Employee Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
