- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and optimize operations for AbbVie globally.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Create and present strategic plans and progress updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and barriers to success, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decision making and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
- Oversee the allocation and management of resources to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Represent AbbVie at industry conferences and events to stay informed of emerging trends and best practices.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in strategic planning and operations management within the organization.
Advanced Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Planning And Operations Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Demonstrated Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Strategic Plans And Initiatives.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Evaluate Key Business Drivers And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Proven Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
