- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success and development.
- Represent AbbVie in a professional and positive manner at external events and conferences.
Extensive Experience In Strategic Partnership Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Managing Strategic Partnerships In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry. This Includes Negotiation Skills, Contract Management, And The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities For Collaboration.
Strong Knowledge Of Resourcing And Talent Management: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Resourcing And Talent Management Strategies, Including Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Training And Development, And Succession Planning. This Knowledge Is Critical In Order To Effectively Support Abbvie's Resourcing Needs And Ensure A Strong Talent Pipeline For The Organization.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Resourcing Professionals And Building A Strong Culture Of Collaboration And Accountability.
