  3. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for the pipeline treatments.

  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of the pipeline treatments in development, identifying any potential risks or opportunities, and recommending appropriate actions to optimize commercial success.
  7. Develop and manage the budget for the pipeline commercial strategy, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  8. Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in the rheumatology market, and proactively identify new potential opportunities for AbbVie to expand its pipeline portfolio.
  9. Represent AbbVie at industry conferences, events, and meetings, building relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing the company's reputation as a leader in the rheumatology space.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and ethical standards in all aspects of the pipeline commercial strategy.
