Lead and manage the Field Planning & Analytics Team for the Botox division, setting strategic goals and objectives to drive success.
Utilize strong analytical skills to conduct in-depth data analysis and identify key insights and trends in the field.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the Botox division based on data analysis, market research, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive impactful decisions for the organization.
Monitor and assess the performance of the Botox division, making adjustments and recommendations as needed.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry developments and trends, incorporating them into strategic plans and initiatives.
Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and vendors to support the Botox division's goals.
