Responsible for maintaining and managing employee data in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data management best practices.
Develop and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency of employee information.
Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline data management processes and systems.
Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision making and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate and train employees on proper data entry and management procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data management and analytics.
Protect confidential employee data by adhering to security protocols and privacy laws.
Proactively identify and address data management issues and propose solutions.
Assist in special projects and initiatives related to employee data management.
Act as a subject matter expert on data management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve data management processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

Job Qualifications

Strong Data Management Skills: A Data Management Specialist Must Possess Strong Technical Skills In Data Management, Including Data Analysis, Data Cleansing, And Data Integration. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Various Database Management Systems And Data Warehouses.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Human Resources Processes And Systems, Including Onboarding, Performance Evaluation, And Employee Data Management. They Should Also Be Familiar With Hris Platforms Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.

They Must Be Able To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Hr Business Partners, It Teams, And Data Owners, To Gather And Validate Data Requirements.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Data Management Specialist Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data, Troubleshoot Data Issues, And Develop Solutions To Improve Data Quality And Accuracy. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
