  11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  13. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  14. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall team success.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Account Management, Or Sales.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Customer Needs And Concerns.
