In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our Immunology, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations (IMCO) and International Market Access and Pricing (IMAP) teams, providing legal support and guidance on a variety of business matters. Provide legal support and guidance to the Immunology, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations (IMCO) and International Market Access and Pricing (IMAP) teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date on healthcare laws and regulations.
Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with external parties.
Advise on legal risks and potential impact on business decisions.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Conduct trainings and workshops for employees on legal and compliance matters.
Assist in resolving legal disputes and manage outside counsel as needed.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on potential impact.
Communicate legal updates and developments to relevant departments within the company.
Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
Assist in due diligence for potential business opportunities.
Represent the company in legal proceedings as needed.
Collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide a unified approach to legal matters.
Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications

Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Corporate Counsel In A Reputable Company.
Strong Understanding Of Corporate Law, Including Mergers And Acquisitions (M&A) And Intellectual Property (Ip).
Proven Track Record Of Providing Sound Legal Advice And Strategic Counsel To Senior Management.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
