Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to support clinical trials.
Utilize expertise in data science to enhance and optimize clinical trial processes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain data management systems for clinical trial data.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality control measures.
Generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Clinical Trial Data Scientist At Abbvie Should Hold At Least A Master's Degree In A Field Such As Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Or Data Science. An Advanced Degree Ensures A Strong Foundation In Relevant Skills And Knowledge.
Extensive Experience In Clinical Trial Data Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Analyzing And Interpreting Clinical Trial Data. This Includes Experience With Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization, And Data Manipulation.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools: A Clinical Trial Data Scientist At Abbvie Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As R, Sas, And Python. They Should Also Be Familiar With Data Management And Analysis Tools Such As Sql And Tableau.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Abbvie Is A Pharmaceutical Company, And As Such, The Clinical Trial Data Scientist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials. This Includes Knowledge Of Fda Guidelines, Data Privacy Laws, And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Standards.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Crucial For This Role. A Successful Clinical Trial Data Scientist At Abbvie Should Also Have Experience Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Clinicians, Statisticians, And It Professionals.
