Manage and analyze clinical site payments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Review and reconcile invoices from clinical sites, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records for all clinical sites
Monitor and report on payment status and expenses related to clinical trials
Conduct regular audits to ensure proper payment procedures are being followed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites to facilitate efficient payment processes
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment procedures and increase efficiency
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to clinical site payments
Work closely with finance and budgeting teams to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of clinical trial expenses
Provide support and guidance to clinical trial teams on payment-related matters
Contribute to the development and implementation of payment-related policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Clinical Trial Budget Management Or Finance
Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Payment Processes And Regulations
