  1. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
  2. Monitor and evaluate clinical trial processes to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external standards and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance-related initiatives and ensure consistency across all clinical operations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
  6. Train and educate team members on compliance standards and procedures.
  7. Analyze data and report on compliance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Participate in the development and maintenance of company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Identify and address potential compliance risks and issues proactively.
  11. Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant parties and ensure understanding and adherence.
  12. Conduct regular compliance training and workshops for employees to increase awareness and understanding of compliance standards.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance within their processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance-related activities and documentation.
  15. Represent the company in compliance-related meetings and discussions with regulatory bodies and agencies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Compliance Or Quality Assurance Role Within A Clinical Setting.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Compliance Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.
