
Clinical Process Compliance Manager I

- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical trial processes to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance-related initiatives and ensure consistency across all clinical operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Train and educate team members on compliance standards and procedures.
- Analyze data and report on compliance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
- Identify and address potential compliance risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant parties and ensure understanding and adherence.
- Conduct regular compliance training and workshops for employees to increase awareness and understanding of compliance standards.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance within their processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance-related activities and documentation.
- Represent the company in compliance-related meetings and discussions with regulatory bodies and agencies.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Compliance Or Quality Assurance Role Within A Clinical Setting.
In-Depth Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Compliance Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.
