  1. Design and implement clinical data solutions to support drug development and patient outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biostatistics, clinical operations, and IT to identify data requirements and develop solutions.
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis.
  4. Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data.
  5. Implement data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues.
  6. Design and maintain data models to support various reporting and analysis needs.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation of data processes and standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and drug development.
  9. Work closely with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide technical support.
  10. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  11. Proactively identify and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of data processes.
  12. Adhere to data privacy regulations and ensure data security.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and escalate any issues.
  14. Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to the development of new tools and processes.
  15. Act with a sense of urgency and take ownership of tasks to meet project deadlines.
  16. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Relational Databases And Data Warehousing.

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Data Standards, Such As Cdisc And Hl7.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets.
