Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Clinical Account Manager to join AbbVie and help us shape the future of healthcare. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced professional with a background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The successful individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of business acumen, and the ability to think strategically. They must be able to provide our customers with superior service and support.The Clinical Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders while promoting AbbVie's products and services. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to reach sales objectives.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Proven experience managing customer relationships • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to think strategically and drive sales objectives • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards • Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities of the Clinical Account Manager:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  2. Promote AbbVie's products and services.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and reach sales objectives.
  4. Remain compliant with regulatory guidelines and standards.
  5. Work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and take action as necessary.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and tactics to improve customer relations.
  8. Analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase sales.
  9. Track and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  10. Manage customer accounts, including contract negotiations, pricing, and payment terms.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and support.
  12. Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and other documents.
