  1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company data from cyber threats, unauthorized access, and potential breaches.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the company's information security practices are in line with standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes and systems.
  5. Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify and respond to potential security incidents in a timely manner.
  6. Conduct security audits and provide recommendations for improvement to maintain the highest level of security for business information.
  7. Educate and train employees on information security policies and procedures to promote a culture of security awareness.
  8. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the timely and efficient recovery of critical systems and data in case of an emergency.
  9. Communicate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure their security practices meet company standards.
  10. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all security practices and policies are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  11. Participate in incident response and investigations to identify the root cause of security incidents and implement corrective actions.
  12. Stay informed about emerging threats and security trends to continually improve the company's information security posture.
  13. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of information security and any identified risks or incidents.
  14. Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and tools to enhance the company's security infrastructure.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the company's security program to meet changing business needs and evolving security threats.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Security, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Information Security, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Security Standards, Regulations, And Best Practices Such As Hipaa, Gdpr, And Iso 27001.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Information Security Policies, Procedures, And Risk Management Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Security Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
