- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the facial aesthetic market.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions to expand our presence in the industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the facial aesthetics market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, industry experts, and potential partners.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and research and development, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and inform business strategy.
- Represent AbbVie at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our facial aesthetic division and build brand awareness.
- Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Mentor and train junior team members on business development best practices and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on business development efforts and progress towards goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Development, Sales, Or Marketing Roles, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Facial Aesthetics Market And Competitive Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Business Development Strategies And Driving Revenue Growth.
