  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development and growth in the facial aesthetics division.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the facial aesthetics industry, including physicians, medical practices, and potential partners.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target markets.
  7. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities and follow up accordingly.
  8. Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and clients.
  9. Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the facial aesthetics division.
  11. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  12. Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their understanding of the facial aesthetics industry and improve their sales techniques.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  14. Continuously seek out new ways to improve processes and drive business growth.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape in the facial aesthetics industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
