- Develop and execute strategic brand plans to drive growth and increase brand awareness in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and use this information to inform brand strategy.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the brand budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve brand goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Oversee the supply chain process, including forecasting, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities for the brand.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the supply chain process.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicate brand updates and performance to senior management and provide recommendations for future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and materials for the brand.
- Represent the brand at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to stay updated on market trends and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the brand team to stay ahead of the competition and drive growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry
Strong Understanding Of Brand Management Principles And Strategies
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Management And Forecasting.
