  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies for the brand portfolio in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and optimize inventory levels, production schedules, and distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain plans.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate potential supply chain challenges and develop contingency plans.
  6. Oversee the forecasting and demand planning process to ensure accurate demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage contracts and negotiations to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  8. Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain management.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing supply chain team.
  11. Continuously seek out new technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders such as suppliers, distributors, and regulatory agencies.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a deep understanding of the brand and its unique supply chain requirements.
  14. Collaborate with global supply chain teams to share best practices and drive alignment across regions.
  15. Continuously monitor and assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure uninterrupted supply of products.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Brand Management And Marketing Principles.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Supply Chain Strategies To Optimize Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
