- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for the brand portfolio in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, production schedules, and distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain plans.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate potential supply chain challenges and develop contingency plans.
- Oversee the forecasting and demand planning process to ensure accurate demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage contracts and negotiations to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain management.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing supply chain team.
- Continuously seek out new technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders such as suppliers, distributors, and regulatory agencies.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a deep understanding of the brand and its unique supply chain requirements.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Brand Management And Marketing Principles.
