We are currently seeking a Biologics Support Operator I to join our third shift team. As a Biologics Support Operator I, you will play a critical role in supporting the production of life-saving biologic medications. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for improving the lives of patients.   1. Operate and maintain equipment used in the production of biologic medications.
  2. Monitor and record critical process parameters to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production schedule.
  4. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of production activities and results.
  5. Follow standard operating procedures and established protocols to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking of necessary supplies.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Continuously seek out ways to improve efficiency and productivity in the production process.
  10. Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Attend and participate in training sessions to maintain and improve knowledge and skills.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Highly Regulated Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biotechnology, Or Biochemistry.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Manufacturing Setting.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Biologics Manufacturing Equipment And Instrumentation.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Work Environment.
