  1. Oversee the technical operations of the biologics manufacturing facility to ensure the production of high-quality products.
  2. Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
  5. Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
  7. Train and onboard new team members on technical processes and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  9. Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet target goals.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and processes into manufacturing operations.
  12. Act as a point of contact for any technical issues or concerns raised by team members.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on production progress and any potential issues or delays.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Chemical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Biologics Manufacturing Environment, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Fda And Ema Inspections.

  • Excellent Technical Skills, Including Experience With Process Development, Process Validation, And Troubleshooting In A Biologics Manufacturing Setting.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team To Meet Production Goals And Maintain A Safe And Compliant Work Environment.
