- Oversee the technical operations of the biologics manufacturing facility to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Train and onboard new team members on technical processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet target goals.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and processes into manufacturing operations.
- Act as a point of contact for any technical issues or concerns raised by team members.
- Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on production progress and any potential issues or delays.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
- Uphold company values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Biologics Manufacturing Environment, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Fda And Ema Inspections.
Excellent Technical Skills, Including Experience With Process Development, Process Validation, And Troubleshooting In A Biologics Manufacturing Setting.
Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team To Meet Production Goals And Maintain A Safe And Compliant Work Environment.
