Job Description

Develo and maintain software modules, developed via best practices, including unit testing, CI/CD, automated build processes and code reviews. Collaborative Design – you should find it inspiring to work with a wide variety of colleagues (e.g., biology, information technology, business); understand their needs and then propose and build solutions. Adaptability – given our diverse mission you should be able to move fluidly between different project responsibilities. Work with bioinformatic scientists as the stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. Develop data processing tools and workflows to support omics data from both pre-clinical and clinical samples in support of new therapeutic discoveries for the treatment of cancer.

Job Qualifications

At least 5-7+ (BS) or 2-5+(MS) years of relevant experience.
Experience with common NGS data processing tools, data format and visualization.
Familiar with cancer genomics related data and ontologies.
Proficient in at least two general purpose programming/data science languages
