  1. Conduct and oversee bioanalytical method development and validation for drug discovery and clinical development projects.
  2. Utilize LC-MS/MS instrumentation to analyze and troubleshoot samples in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, interpret data, and provide recommendations for project planning.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of experimental procedures, results, and conclusions.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company protocols in all aspects of method development and validation.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in bioanalytical techniques and technology.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on bioanalytical techniques and procedures.
  9. Communicate project updates and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
  11. Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to expand scientific knowledge and skills.
  12. Represent AbbVie at scientific conferences and events to showcase our innovative research and contribute to the scientific community.
  13. Contribute to the writing and review of scientific publications, reports, and regulatory documents.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support bioanalytical activities.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biochemistry, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • 2+ Years Of Experience Working In A Bioanalytical Laboratory, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Various Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Lc-Ms, And Elisa.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Industry Standards For Bioanalytical Method Development And Validation.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
