Lead and develop a team of automation engineers to ensure efficient and effective automation processes.
Utilize expertise in automation to drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of automation goals.
Create and implement strategies for successful project execution and delivery.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members to resolve any automation-related issues.
Monitor and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of automation processes.
Identify and address any gaps or areas for improvement in the automation process.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve processes.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in regards to automation processes.
Communicate and present automation updates and progress to upper management and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Automation:
The Automation Team Lead At Abbvie Should Have A Strong Background In Automation Technologies And Tools. This Includes Hands-On Experience In Developing And Implementing Automation Solutions For Various Processes And Systems.
Excellent Leadership Skills:
As A Team Lead, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide The Automation Team. This Includes The Ability To Motivate Team Members, Assign Tasks, And Provide Direction To Ensure The Successful Completion Of Projects.
Strong Project Management Skills:
The Automation Team Lead Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Automation Projects. This Includes The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Projects Within The Given Timeline And Budget.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry:
Abbvie Is A Pharmaceutical Company, And The Automation Team Lead Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Industry And Its Regulatory Requirements. This Includes Knowledge Of Gxp Guidelines, Validation Processes, And Compliance Standards.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills:
The Automation Team Lead Will Be Expected To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including It, Quality, And Operations. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Coordinate With Different Stakeholders And Ensure Alignment On Automation Initiatives.
