- Conduct molecular screening and characterization studies to identify potential therapeutic targets.
- Utilize various techniques and assays to analyze molecular data and identify promising compounds.
- Collaborate with other members of the Molecular Screening and Characterization team to design and execute experiments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results.
- Troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols to ensure high-quality data.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new methodologies and technologies.
- Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to share findings and provide input.
- Stay current with scientific literature and incorporate new findings into research projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Communicate research findings through presentations and written reports.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior team members.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to advance drug discovery projects.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations related to research and development.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive data and information.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Molecular Screening And Characterization In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Molecular Biology Techniques Such As Pcr, Dna/Rna Isolation, And Sequencing.
Experience With Various Screening Assays Including Elisa, Western Blotting, And Flow Cytometry.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation Using Software Such As Graphpad Prism Or Spotfire.
