Job Description

  1. Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substances and products in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  2. Conduct experiments and perform data analysis to support the development of new pharmaceutical products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytical data.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized laboratory notebooks and documentation.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytical methods.
  6. Assist in the transfer of methods to external analytical laboratories.
  7. Participate in the planning and execution of stability studies for drug substances and products.
  8. Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
  9. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in analytical R&D.
  10. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the laboratory.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  12. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations and processes.
  13. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as needed.
  14. Train and mentor junior scientists and laboratory technicians.
  15. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
  16. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting project timelines.
  17. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Analytical Research And Development In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Analytical Techniques, Such As Hplc, Gc, And Spectroscopy

  • Experience With Method Development, Validation, And Troubleshooting

  • Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Guidelines For Pharmaceutical Analysis
