Develop and optimize bioassay methods for the evaluation of potential new therapies.
Conduct pre-analytical experiments and studies to support the development of new treatments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and interpret results.
Analyze and interpret data, and communicate findings effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in bioassay development and pre-analytical techniques.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments and results.
Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bioassay and pre-analytical processes.
Participate in the design and execution of validation studies for new bioassays.
Contribute to the writing and review of scientific publications and regulatory documents.
Train and mentor junior team members in bioassay and pre-analytical techniques.
Assist in the procurement and maintenance of necessary equipment and supplies.
Contribute to the overall culture of innovation and collaboration within the team and company.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Adhere to strict timelines and deliver high-quality results within designated timelines.

Job Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biochemistry, Biology, Or Molecular Biology.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Knowledge And Experience With Bioassay Techniques Such As Elisa, Pcr, And Cell-Based Assays.
Familiarity With Pre-Analytical Processes Including Sample Preparation And Handling, Data Analysis, And Documentation.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
