  1. Oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying needs to negotiating contracts and finalizing purchases.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their quality, pricing, and reliability.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies that align with company goals.
  6. Prepare and present procurement reports and recommendations to upper management.
  7. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms for the company.
  8. Monitor contract compliance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  9. Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Train and mentor junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.
  14. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.
  15. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Negotiating Contracts, And Managing Supplier Relationships

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders

  • Experience With Procurement Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting.
