- Develop and implement medical strategies for the dermatology portfolio, in line with the overall business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of medical initiatives.
- Provide medical expertise and guidance to support the success of our products, including medical education, publications, and promotional materials.
- Serve as a key medical resource for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy groups.
- Stay up-to-date with current scientific and medical literature, and provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other external experts in the dermatology field.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Lead and/or participate in medical advisory boards, expert meetings, and other scientific events as needed.
- Train and mentor other medical affairs team members, and provide guidance and support to cross-functional colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of clinical trial protocols and study reports, and provide medical input for regulatory submissions.
- Represent the company and its products at scientific conferences and meetings.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, competitors, and trends.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting complex medical/scientific information in a clear and concise manner.

Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution
Board Certification In Dermatology
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Affairs Within The Pharmaceutical Industry
