  1. Develop and implement medical strategies for the dermatology portfolio, in line with the overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of medical initiatives.
  3. Provide medical expertise and guidance to support the success of our products, including medical education, publications, and promotional materials.
  4. Serve as a key medical resource for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy groups.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current scientific and medical literature, and provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other external experts in the dermatology field.
  7. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  8. Lead and/or participate in medical advisory boards, expert meetings, and other scientific events as needed.
  9. Train and mentor other medical affairs team members, and provide guidance and support to cross-functional colleagues.
  10. Contribute to the development of clinical trial protocols and study reports, and provide medical input for regulatory submissions.
  11. Represent the company and its products at scientific conferences and meetings.
  12. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, competitors, and trends.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting complex medical/scientific information in a clear and concise manner.
  14. Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  15. Adhere to ethical and compliance standards, and maintain the highest level of integrity in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution

  • Board Certification In Dermatology

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Affairs Within The Pharmaceutical Industry
