  1. Develop and implement accurate sales forecasts for the US oncology portfolio to guide strategic decision making.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and historical data to inform sales forecasts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and market access to ensure alignment on sales forecasts.
  4. Lead the development and maintenance of forecasting models and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Monitor and communicate key performance indicators and trends to stakeholders.
  6. Provide recommendations for sales targets and track actual performance against forecasted targets.
  7. Identify potential risks and opportunities in the market and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of sales forecasting analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales forecasting to continuously improve forecasting processes.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the success of the oncology portfolio.
  11. Collaborate with global forecasting teams to ensure alignment and consistency in forecasting processes and assumptions.
  12. Represent the sales forecast team in cross-functional meetings and provide updates and insights on sales forecasts.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  14. Support the development and execution of sales strategies by providing insights and recommendations based on sales forecasts.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales Forecasting, With At Least 3 Years In Oncology Sales Forecasting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Implementing Sales Forecasting Strategies, Processes, And Methodologies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights To Drive Business Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Direct Reports.
