  1. Develop and implement packaging engineering strategies for pharmaceutical products, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Lead and manage a team of packaging engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality to design and optimize packaging solutions for new and existing products.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of packaging materials and equipment to ensure quality and functionality.
  5. Monitor and track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of packaging projects.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology, incorporating new techniques and tools into packaging design processes.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to packaging, and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply of medications.
  8. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source and evaluate new packaging materials and equipment.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for packaging engineering processes and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  10. Utilize project management methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and communicate project progress and results.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  12. Represent the company in external forums and conferences, sharing expertise and knowledge in technical equipment packaging.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for packaging processes and equipment.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for packaging engineering, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of ethics and integrity in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Packaging Engineering Within The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Industry Standards For Packaging And Labeling Of Pharmaceutical Products

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Packaging Engineers And Technicians

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Packaging Solutions For Complex Technical Equipment, Such As Medical Devices Or Drug Delivery Systems
