  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for study feasibility across AbbVie's global clinical trial portfolio.
  2. Lead and manage a team of study feasibility experts to ensure timely and accurate assessment of potential trial sites.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, medical affairs, and data management to ensure seamless execution of feasibility strategies.
  4. Utilize your extensive knowledge of clinical research to provide expert guidance and recommendations on study design and feasibility.
  5. Conduct in-depth analyses of potential trial sites, including patient populations, site capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks to trial success and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, vendors, and internal team members.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in study feasibility and incorporate them into AbbVie's processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to study feasibility.
  10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and processes.
  12. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members to support their growth and success.
  13. Represent the Global Study Feasibility team in cross-functional meetings and present updates to senior leadership.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve study feasibility processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Act as a brand ambassador for AbbVie, promoting our mission and values throughout the clinical research community.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Or Business Administration)

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, With A Focus On Study Feasibility And Operational Planning

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading Global Feasibility Efforts For Clinical Trials, Including Identifying Potential Study Sites, Assessing Patient Recruitment Potential, And Developing Feasibility Plans

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation, With A Strong Understanding Of Statistical Methods And Their Application In Clinical Research

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
