  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of pharmaceutical programs.
  2. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed within budget, timeline, and scope.
  3. Create and implement project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
  5. Communicate project progress, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and team members.
  6. Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
  7. Mentor and guide junior project managers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  9. Drive the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and metrics to measure project success.
  10. Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  11. Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to provide strategic guidance and make data-driven decisions.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements throughout all stages of program development.
  13. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  14. Continuously evaluate project processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Play a vital role in shaping and executing the company's overall program management strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Program Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Management, To Drive Project Success.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Drug Development Processes And Regulatory Requirements, With A Focus On Program Management Principles And Methodologies.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Project Planning And Resource Management, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Project Timelines, Budgets, And Risk Management Strategies.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Or Business Field, With A Preference For Candidates Who Also Hold A Project Management Certification (E.g. Pmp).
