AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director to join our Physician Development Program in the field of neurology. As an essential member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our program to cultivate and foster the skills and knowledge of physicians in the neurology space.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive neurology physician development program in collaboration with other team members.
  2. Identify and evaluate current and future needs in the field of neurology to create a targeted and effective program.
  3. Lead and oversee the execution of the program, including curriculum development, scheduling, and logistics.
  4. Identify and recruit qualified physicians to participate in the program, and maintain relationships with program participants.
  5. Provide coaching and mentorship to physicians in the program to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of neurology.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and other educational materials to support the development of physicians in the program.
  7. Monitor and assess program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to ensure program goals are met.
  8. Stay up-to-date on advancements and developments in the field of neurology to continuously improve the program.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, to ensure the program remains relevant and impactful.
  10. Manage program budget and resources effectively to achieve program objectives.
  11. Communicate program updates, progress, and success to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  12. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective execution of the program.
  13. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance leadership skills and stay current in the field of neurology.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  15. Represent the company and the physician development program at conferences, events, and other industry engagements.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medicine Or Related Field: An Associate Director, Physician Development Program - Neurology At Abbvie Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Medicine, Such As An Md Or Do, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Neurology: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Neurology, Specifically In The Development Of Pharmaceuticals And Treatments. A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In This Field Is Typically Required.
